Important Notice – Program Closure
As of March 27, 2025, all Entrepreneur and Farm immigration streams under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) are permanently closed.
No new applications or Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are being accepted.
No further Invitations to Apply (ITAs) will be issued.
Applications Already Submitted
If you submitted an application before March 27, 2025, your file will continue to be assessed under SINP guidelines. Below you’ll find a complete overview of application stages, requirements, and post-submission procedures.

Program Streams Overview (Closed to New Applicants)
1. Entrepreneur Category
For individuals planning to start, acquire, or partner in a Saskatchewan business and actively manage it while living in the province.

3. Farm Owner and Operator Category
For experienced farmers with significant capital, planning to buy and operate a farm in Saskatchewan.
Note: Only primary agricultural production (e.g., crops, livestock) is eligible. Agri-businesses were considered under the Entrepreneur stream.
