This category is open to both individuals living outside Canada and those with valid legal status in Canada (excluding refugee claimants).
Application Process:
To apply under this sub-category, follow these steps:
Secure a job offer from a Saskatchewan employer in a NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 occupation.
Ensure your employer is registered with SINP and has obtained a Job Approval Letter.
Create an online SINP account.
Complete and upload all required forms and supporting documents.
Submit your application online.
Incomplete or poorly translated applications will be closed and not reconsidered.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify, you must:
Score at least 60 points on the SINP assessment grid (based on education, work experience, language ability, age, and connections to Saskatchewan)
Have at least one year of paid, full-time work experience (or equivalent part-time) in your intended occupation within the past 10 years
Meet a minimum language proficiency of CLB 4 in English or French
Have a valid SINP Job Approval Letter from a Saskatchewan employer
Be eligible for licensing if your job is regulated in Saskatchewan
Intend to reside and work in Saskatchewan permanently
Note:
Truck drivers must apply through the Existing Work Permit sub-category
Healthcare workers must apply through the Health Talent Pathway or Student sub-category
Work Experience Requirements:
Applicants must submit verifiable proof of paid work experience, such as:
Letters of reference on company letterhead from previous employers
Government-issued documentation (e.g., tax records, social security, or work permits)
Additional documents if claiming self-employed or managerial experience
For regulated occupations, additional licensing documents may be required.

Job Offer Letter and SINP Job Approval Letter
Language test results (IELTS, CELPIP, PTE Core, TEF, or TCF Canada – taken within the last 2 years)
Educational documents, including degrees, transcripts, and ECA if completed outside Canada
Work experience documentation, including letters of reference and government-issued proof
Proof of identity and civil status (birth, marriage, or divorce certificates, as applicable)
Valid passports for all family members
Legal status documents if applying from within Canada
Settlement funds documentation, if required
If documents are not in English or French, certified translations and a Translator Affidavit must be submitted.
