Schedule a Consultation

The consultation call is your visa or immigration journey’s starting point, providing a crucial opportunity to tailor the right path, address challenges, risks, timelines, and costs. It’s where your questions find answers and doubts find clarity.

Whether you’re certain about the service you need—be it a visitor visa or a study permit application—and are eager to commence, or if you seek pre-launch guidance, a consultation call is the key step toward a seamless and informed beginning.

What’s next

You will be provided with an initial consultation agreement for the call, that both you and I will sign and keep a copy of for our reference.

What to expect during the consultation call

During the call, we’ll focus on the best options available to you and go through your questions. In the end, depending on your situation we can outline the next steps on your process.

For answers to more common questions about consultation, read below. I look forward to connecting with you.

What is a consultation, and why do I need one?

A consultation is a one-on-one session with Rashid, where you can discuss your immigration goals, assess your eligibility, and receive personalized guidance tailored to your unique situation. It’s the first step to a successful Canadian immigration journey.

How do I book a consultation?

Booking a consultation is easy. Simply click the “Book Now” button on our consultation page, choose a suitable date and time, and fill out the required information. We’ll confirm your appointment via email.

Is there a fee for the consultation?

Yes, there is a fee for our consultation services. The fee covers the time and expertise. Please visit our consultation page for pricing details.

What should I prepare for the consultation?

To make the most of your consultation, have any relevant documents, such as your resume, educational credential assessment, IELTs scores etc ready before discussion. You should also prepare a list of questions and goals you’d like to achieve during the session.

How long does a consultation typically last?

Consultation durations vary depending on your specific needs and questions. On average, consultations last approximately one hour, but we will ensure that you have ample time to address your concerns and receive the guidance you require.

Why is there a fee for the consultation?

Most of the licensed immigration consultants will charge you a fee for the initial consultation, as this helps ensure you get the best advice without any conflict of interest. Time is money, and there is only a very limited number of hours in the work day.
